Escrow Administration is where we collect a certain amount of your payment each month on behalf of the borrower and lender to pay the annual property taxes and/or homeowners insurance premiums as they come due on real property securing the lender’s loan.

Please have your attorney state that Texstar Escrow will handle collections and/or escrows in your loan documents, contact your closer at your title company prior to closing and have them fill out our Servicing Package, or simply contact us.

We’re willing to facilitate the provision of all late and default notices, or foreclosure proceedings, in accordance with applicable law.
