Yes, we accept online payments through the “Borrower” or “Borrower History” tabs on our website, in addition to accepting payments over the phone, via mail or in person.

Escrow Administration is where we collect a certain amount of your payment each month on behalf of the borrower and lender to pay the annual property taxes and/or homeowners insurance premiums as they come due on real property securing the lender’s loan.
Please have your attorney state that Texstar Escrow will handle collections and/or escrows in your loan documents, contact your closer at your title company prior to closing and have them fill out our Servicing Package, or simply contact us.

Please see our Late Notice Maintenance and Delinquency Service Agreement located in the Servicing Package. We’re willing to facilitate the provision of all late and default notices, or foreclosure proceedings, in accordance with applicable law. If you prefer to utilize your own legal counsel, we’ll facilitate the provision of relevant information to such party.
